Professional Development Coordination___________________________________
For many child
care teachers, the thought of having to go back to school is
daunting. The professional development coordinator is
a liaison to help child care providers make their way
through the maze of higher education, offering professional

WAGE$ Program_______________________________________________________
Child Care providers do a very important job teaching our
communities' children, however, they are generally
underpaid. As we strive for higher quality standards,
many of these same teachers are obtaining higher education
in their field. The WAGE$ program provides a salary
supplement to participating providers based on their
educational levels.
