SUMMARY:American Safety Health Institute Pediatric CPR/First Aid/ AED
DESCRIPTION:December 9\, 2026\, 6:00-8:30 p.m. – America Safety Health Institute (HSI)Pediatric CPR/First Aid/ AED – $35 Participants will learn techniques of CPR/First Aid -Describe how high-quality CPR improves survival (Child-Infant) -Explain the concepts of the chain of survival-Recognize when someone needs CPR-Describe how to perform CPR with help from other bystanders-Give effective breaths by using mouth-to-mouth or a mask for all age groups-Use a AED on an Child and Infant-Help a choking child-infant-Universal Precautions-Removing Gloves-Heart Attack\, Stroke\, difficulty breathing and common injuries and common illnesses-Use epinephrine pen-Control Bleeding. The training will be held in-person at: SSBC. 632 Village STE 1\, Shallotte NC\, 28470. If you have signed up for a training session but cannot attend\, it is essential to contact the SSBC training staff by noon on the day of the session to receive credit for future training.
