Smart Start of Brunswick County values the partnership we have had with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library for the past 10 years. Who doesn’t love Dolly?! 😊 Together, we provide books each month to young children until their 5th birthday – helping to build a home library and foster a love of reading.
Unfortunately, due to funding limitations, we are pausing enrollment. We will continue to serve the 3,666 children currently participating – but we will not be accepting any new registrations at this time. We are committed to promoting early literacy - and Smart Start of Brunswick County will continue to seek additional funding to support programs that gets books into the hands of young children.
