For children birth to age 3 - The CDSA supports families who have children from birth to age three who have developmental delays or who are at risk for problems with their development. Case management and therapy services are provided in the community (family homes, childcare) and focus on natural learning opportunities within child and family routines and activities. For children age 3-5 - Each local public school system provides a variety of special education and related services for children, between the ages of three and five, with disabilities. These services are driven by the goals and objectives of the Individual Education Programs (IEP).
