February 19th 6:30-8:30pm – Open Ended Art $10 – Participants will learn to integrate the monthly theme into free art projects. ERS and NC FELDS will be imbedded throughout the PowerPoint. Open-ended art will increase fine-motor and hand-eye coordination through using different types of art media. Participants will learn that art can be both invigorating, relaxing and calming for young children. Participants will learn how to create with their imagination. The participants will learn the difference between process and product art. participants will learn that art can help children develop self-confidence and self-help skills. Enhance the ability to visualize.
