February 19th 6:30-8:30pm – Strengthening Mental Health Through Trauma Responsive Care $10- Participants will define and explore factors which impact mental health of children birth-5 and the adults who care for them, including trauma, risk factors, resilience, and responsive care. Participants will create strategies to foster resilience and enhance protective factors for children birth-5. Participants will adapt wellness and self-care tools that foster longevity in the ECE field, as well as career and personal fulfillment.
