Summer Activities (In-Person)

June 17th, 2026, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm: Summer Activities session will focus on how children develop through outdoor play. Participants will explore ways to take indoor materials outside and discover how materials from all centers can be used to extend children’s learning outdoors. Attendees will also create their own classroom activities, including strategies for engaging children of all abilities. Areas of focus will include personal development, social skills, and creative skills. All activities will align with Foundations and include item numbers with corresponding scales. $10–2 Credit Hours. Training will be held at 632 Village Rd Shallotte, NC 28470.
