July 26th 6:30-8:30 Yoga -Participants will explore yoga to support healthy living. Participants will learn that yoga can contribute to healthy development and good mental health; health promotion for children needs to include improvement of their attention, self-esteem, empowerment, and self-regulation.
Training will be held in-person at: Smart Start of Brunswick County.
2 Credit Contact hours. Deadline to register is: 7/20/2022 by; 5:00pm.
